International delivery by Dachser, DHL, and local partners

Do you live outside the Netherlands or Belgium, but would still like to order from Saniweb? That's possible. Your order will be safely and reliably delivered across the border by our transport partners, such as Dachser and DHL (in collaboration with their local partners). We currently deliver to the following countries: Austria, Poland, Denmark, Spain, Italy, Portugal, France, and Luxembourg. On this page, you will find all the necessary information about the delivery process.

Order size

International delivery is available for both small and large orders. Standard parcels (up to 120 x 60 x 60 cm and 20 kg) are shipped with DHL. Large or fragile parcels that require extra care during delivery, such as bathroom furniture, bathtubs, and shower enclosures, are safely delivered on a pallet by our partner Dachser. Please note: if you wish to return your order via Dachser, make sure to keep the pallet, as you will need it for the return process.

How will my order be delivered?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, the carrier takes over.

Large parcels (Dachser): Is your order being delivered by Dachser? During checkout, you can select an available delivery date. Please make sure you are at home to receive your new bathroom products. Delivery takes place on a pallet up to the first threshold.

Standard parcels (DHL): DHL will keep you fully informed via email or SMS with detailed Track & Trace information. The delivery method varies slightly per country, but you often have control over the delivery. See below to find out how your DHL parcel is delivered locally in your country.

Delivery in Austria

  • Carrier: In Austria, your order is handed over to our trusted partner, Österreichische Post.
  • Home or pick-up point: The first delivery attempt is at your home address by default. Delivery to a ServicePoint is also possible.
  • Parcel locker: Yes, you can also choose to have your order delivered to a parcel locker.
  • Notifications and changes: You will receive a digital notification in advance with the expected delivery day. Not convenient? You can still change the delivery day after receiving this notification.

Delivery in Poland

  • Carrier: Your order is delivered locally by DHL.
  • Home or pick-up point: The standard first delivery attempt takes place at your home address. Delivery to a ServicePoint is also possible.
  • Parcel locker: Yes, in Poland it is possible to have your parcel delivered to a parcel locker.
  • Notifications and changes: You will receive a digital notification in advance with the expected delivery day. Not convenient? You can still change the delivery day after receiving this notification.

Delivery in Denmark

  • Carrier: In Denmark, your order is handed over to the local carrier, Bring.
  • Home or pick-up point: Please note: the standard first delivery attempt in Denmark goes directly to a ServicePoint near you. For standard parcels, the address is automatically changed to the nearest pick-up location.
  • Parcel locker: Yes, you can opt for delivery to a parcel locker.
  • Notifications and changes: You will receive information in advance about the expected delivery day. However, in Denmark, it is not possible to change the delivery day yourself after receiving this notification.

Delivery in Spain

  • Carrier: Your parcel is delivered in Spain by DHL.
  • Home or pick-up point: The first delivery attempt is at your home by default. Delivery to a ServicePoint is also an option.
  • Parcel locker: No, delivery to a parcel locker is currently not available in Spain.
  • Notifications and changes: You will be notified in advance about the expected delivery day, and you can choose to change this day.

Delivery in Italy

  • Carrier: DHL handles the delivery, in collaboration with their well-known partner, Poste Italiane.
  • Home or pick-up point: The standard first delivery attempt is at your home address. You can also choose to have the parcel sent to a ServicePoint. The parcel must not exceed 56x37x36 cm or weigh more than 15 kg.
  • Parcel locker: No, delivery to a parcel locker is not possible in Italy.
  • Notifications and changes: You will be notified in advance about the expected delivery day, and you can choose to change this day.

Delivery in Portugal

  • Carrier: In Portugal, your parcel is delivered by DHL.
  • Home or pick-up point: By default, the order is offered at your home on the first attempt. ServicePoints are also available.
  • Parcel locker: No, parcel lockers are not among the delivery options in Portugal.
  • Notifications and changes: After receiving the preliminary notification, you can still adjust the delivery day if desired.

  • Carrier: Delivery in France is handled by local partner Colis Privé.
  • Home or pick-up point: The first delivery attempt is at your address by default. You can also have it delivered to a ServicePoint.
  • Parcel locker: Yes, delivery via a parcel locker is possible in France.
  • Notifications and changes: You will be notified in advance with information about the expected delivery day. However, it is not possible to change the delivery day yourself afterward.
